Basic toll rates - International Outbound

International Outbound service describes message toll service provided for calling to destinations other than in Canada and the United States.

Calls are subject to any service restrictions in effect at the destination point. Some areas within the destination lists may not be accessible by telephone. Rates for calls to a wireless device, such as a mobile phone, a pager, etc., may differ from the landline rate.
